Download Super Mega Brace Installation Instructions (86kb) The SUPER MEGA Brace is considerably stronger than conventional systems, the brace is ideal for large interceptor tanks, major structures and excavations where uninterrupted clear spans are paramount. The SUPER MEGA Brace consists of a series of hydraulically adjustable legs forming a heavy-duty bracing system catering for spans of multi-sided excavations ranging from 12.0m to 22.0m in plan. Although designed for heavy-duty applications, combining the strength of universal beam sections with the convenience of double acting hydraulics, the MEGA Brace is quick and easy to assemble on-site with a simple pin connection joint.
Download Mega Brace Installation Instructions (392kb) The Groundforce Mega Brace is a high load resistance ground support waling beam for multi-sided excavations where large clear spans are required. It is used in conjunction with trench sheeting of sheet piling. Cross struts can be incorporated into the frame layout where greater load capacity is required, the latter being subject to detailed design proposals.

Larger spans can be achieved utilising intermediate struts. It is a versatile range, which provides 2.0m on-site adjustment (Leg Types 4 and onwards), the simple location pin joint facilitates quick simple installations combined with low deflections resulting from stiff composite beam design.
