The Groundforce Gravshore is easy to use and designed to support any hand or machine dug grave
Gravshore units are manufactured from strong, lightweight aluminium alloy, simply comprising two panels and two hydraulic cylinders. The cylinders are pressurised by a small hydraulic hand pump which enables the unit to positively support the side walls of the excavation. They are available in 3 different types
- Rectangular Units
- Tapered Units
- Coffin Shaped Units

Groundforce Gravshore units are installed from outside the excavated grave, which makes them extremely safe and easy to use. All units are fitted with 4 lifting handles and can be multistacked to provide full sheeted or part sheeted support to the wall of the excavation.
Units can also be built to your own individual specifications.
Rectangular UnitsThe standard rectangular unit uses model 36 cylinders, and ranges in length from 1525mm to 2440mm
Tapered UnitsThe standard tapered unit uses one model 22 cylinder, and one model 36 cylinder as shown on the illustration left.
Hydraulic CylindersGroundforce single acting hydraulic cylinders are manufactured from high strength aluminium alloys.
End Support UnitsGravshore End Support Units consists of support posts and either aluminium trench sheets or panels.
Artifical TurfGravshore Artificial Turf improves the appearance of the grave and is available in a variety of different shapes and sizes.
Gravshore CoversGravshore covers provide a secure, lockable lid for unattended excavations to ensure maximum safety and security at all times. The Gravshore cover simply attaches to two aluminium rails, which are secured into the ground, or to the upper Gravshore unit.
Gravshore Soil BoxThe Gravshore Soil Box provides a safe and neat solution for the storage of soil from an excavated grave. Easily assembled by two people it utilises a rigid steel frame, for long life, lined with plywood sheets which are easily and cheaply replaced when worn.
Water PumpsWhen there is potential water ingress into the excavation or grave we can supply motorised water pumps complete with suction hoses.
