Piletec drive further into the UK piling market

Groundforce today announced the £3.53 million acquisition of the business and assets of Dudley Vale, a leading supplier of piling and foundation equipment, from GE Equipment Services. The business will merge with Piletec, Groundforce’s existing business and will trade as Piletec Dudley Vale.

David Williams, Managing Director of Groundforce, stated his delight with the acquisition:
