Groundforce Sponsors a table for Sheffield Children’s Hospital

On Wednesday 21st February 2007, Groundforce sponsored a table at a dinner organised by Sheffield Collegiate Cricket Club to raise money for Sheffield Children's Hospital. The guest of honour was current England cricket captain and former Collegiate player, Michael Vaughan OBE.

The black tie dinner, which raised over £10,000 for the charity was attended by Alan Cronin, Commercial Manager – North, Danny Terry - Sales Representative and another former Collegiate player, Matt Longley – Procurement and Systems Manager.

In all 200 people were in attendance at Baldwin’s Omega in Sheffield with former England Coach and Sky TV Commentator, David Lloyd posing questions to Michael about England’s chances in the upcoming cricket World Cup.
